What I can do:

I specialize in print design. This means:

• business cards
• brochures
• flyers
• postcards
• booklets and programs
• posters
• CD art & design - inserts, booklets, etc.
• onesheets
• whatever else you can think of

I can also do simple web design.

This means basic html. I don't do flash, php, or even CSS. If you don't know what these things mean, great. I may be just the person to put together a site for you. If your site needs some stuff I don't know how to do, I can always refer you on to other professionals who have the skills and resources to take care of you.

I work by the hour, not by the job. I can give you an estimate of how long I think things will take, but I can't guarantee accuracy on the estimate. I can assure you that I work fast.

My system of working:

If it's a painfully simple print design project and/or you don't care much how it looks, call me and we'll discuss it, and then I'll do it and send it to you, your printer of choice, or my printer of choice and we're done.

If it's anything beyond that (websites, CD graphics, onesheets especially - basically anything where marketing savvy is required), you have to come to my office and sit with me for an hour while we work out the basics of the design together. Believe me, this will eliminate a lot of headaches for both of us and minimize the total time.

My rate is $35 an hour.

How long will it take, you ask?
• One hour is my minimum for anything. I can do most one-page designs (posters, flyers, business cards) in that amount of time. Onesheets usually take longer.
• A basic three- or four-page website will probably take around 4-7 hours depending on your content and whether or not I end up creating/designing/manipulating a lot of images or not.
• A lot of it really depends on you. If you're clear on what your content is (text, images, etc), then I can work fast. If you're not, and you need me to help you with content development, then things move more slowly.
